{Weekly Movie Review} Hangover Part III

movie review hangover III

I didn’t want to see this movie. The Hangover Part II wasn’t my favorite, so I held back on this one. But eventually the time came and we saw it.

I have to admit, it was funny. Stupid, as the trilogy is, but funny. I especially enjoyed Alan {Zach Galifianakis’ character} and I didn’t find him as funny on the other ones. And Melissa McCarthy?? Funny – also creepy – but very funny cameo!

Overall it was a funny movie. If you saw the first two, you’ll enjoy watching this one. You’ll also know that a gazillion things happen every second of the movie {the writers actually made the most of the time available}.

However, I hated a couple of things. Even though we know that it was fake or computer-generated, it was completely unnecessary to “kill” a giraffe and the roosters. Animal cruelty is something that should never, ever be played with or used to make comedy.

I’m glad the series ended, though. I’m not sure what else they could do and still be somewhat funny. In terms of quality overall, I would rate the first as the funniest, then the third and then the second.

Have a wonderful Saturday!

I’ll be sharing this review on some of the websites listed here.
