TV Shows I’m watching 2013-2014

Hi everyone!

Like I do every year, in the beginning of the fall season on TV, I’m here to list which TV Shows I’ll be watching. Today’s post only features the TV Shows already on second or later seasons; I’ll write another with some picks for the new shows.

On the table below you can see the name, broadcasting channel, season number, day of the week, time of the day and premiere date. Below it you’ll have some more info on every one. If available I’ll even show you a preview. =) Also, click on the titles to go to the shows’ websites.

series 2013-2014

How I Met Your Mother

This will be the last season for HIMYM! We left last season knowing who the mother is, but now we’ll actually learn how they met! Exciting! Check out a video with a preview and some extra thoughts told by the cast.

Last season ended with Brennan and Booth being blackmailed, so I’m hoping this season will resolve that in a quick and effective way. I want to see a marriage!

NCIS Los Angeles

With such a great cliffhanger on the season finale, I can’t wait to see how they’re gonna survive that. Also, how they’re gonna move on from that Kensi and Deeks kiss. =) Again, no preview available for Portugal, but if you live in the US, go check out some clips on the website.

New Girl

I’m hoping this season will be better than the last one. For some reason, I started drifting and not enjoying this show as much as I did on the first season. Well, here’s to hoping that doesn’t happen this year!

Rizzoli & Isles

The current season has already aired 12 episodes – the summer episodes – but it will return sometime during fall for a couple more (last year it aired 10 more, I believe). I’m loving the season, but since Lee Thompson Young’s passing, it’s hard to watch. But I will keep on watching.

The Middle

This is a light, very funny comedy that I really enjoy watching. This season will feature Axl going to college and I’m sure it won’t disappoint!

Modern Family

One of the best comedies out there, Modern Family is a staple in my house. We’ve watched every episode so many times that I don’t even know. I’m excited for the new season!!

Grey’s Anatomy

The finale ended with so many questions, as usual, that I’m quite excited to see the first episode. I’m pretty sure a lot of drama will continue to happen on the show, but I hope Richard doesn’t die. 🙁 Also, this will be Sandra Oh’s last season, so I’m also excited to see how they’ll work that in the show.

Oh Scandal! The finale got us completely speechless! I’m so eager to know WTF was that all about! And how they’ll deal with everything. Definitely a must watch! If you haven’t, watch at least one episode. You’ll get hooked!

The Big Bang Theory

Given the finale, I’m guessing that Sheldon and Penny will have more shared scenes! =) It’s a very intelligent comedy that I love and will continue watching! =)

Blue Bloods

We started watching this show on the Summer hiatus and we’re know about half way on the third season. It’s such an amazing show! We love it and we’ll continue to watch it! Hope it’s renewed for more seasons!

I liked last season, but not as much as the first. I seriously hope this season will be a bit more appealing to me, even though I can’t explain why I didn’t enjoy it as much. There’s room for a lot more developments, with everything that happened in the last 3-4 episodes of last season, so I’m hoping for great episodes.

The Walking Dead

This show is the best of its kind. Don’t really know how much more they can do, but can’t wait to find out! =)

Mike & Molly

Don’t know why they haven’t released a premiere date – or if the show is changing the day and time slot – but I love it and now that Molly is pregnant, I can’t wait to see what the writers will come up with. =) I’ll update the post whenever they release the premiere date.

Most of these return this week, so I’m excited! It will be a good week! =)

Have a great day!

I know! But these are the ones that I have access to here in Portugal! I have another “wishlist” of shows that I really really want to see! Starting by Breaking Bad, Mad Men, Revolution, Falling Skies, and so many more… 🙁
