Remember the onion-mushroom-curry turkey I used yesterday on brunch? Well, I still had some leftovers so I decided to make special calzones.
Using my homemade pizza recipe, I put this together in about 5 minutes.
Each calzone had that turkey I made, one slice of ham, one slice of cheese, handful of mushrooms and about a teaspoon of barbecue sauce. =)
It took about 40 minutes to cook and it tasted amazing! =) It could have a bit more cheese, but with the amount of things I had already put in the calzones, I didn’t want to add a lot of fat to it.
Oh and these two calzones were enough for two meals, if you’re wondering… 😉 The photo above is actually a serving.
