I have a new favorite CD.
It’s called “Now That’s What I Call Running” and it has a lot of different types of music.
I love how energetic it is and it always always makes me feel pumped to do whatever to-do list I have for the day. I don’t actually listen to music while working out, usually I watch TV shows, if I’m on the elliptical trainer or on the Wii Free Step, but in a few weeks I hope to be working out outside and this is definitely going to be my playlist for those times.
