It’s been a while since I’ve eaten a pizza that wasn’t homemade. I love making them at home because that way I can control what’s in it.
This is basically how I make all my pizzas, varying only the topping I choose to use.
Regarding the pizza dough, it’s a really nice recipe for bread/pizza dough, that you can make in advance and keep in the fridge for up to 2 weeks. It’s the 5-minute Artisan Bread, and you read all about it here.
The toppings I used:
– tomato sauce
– 1 medium onion, sliced and sprayed with balsamic vinegar
– about 1 cup of shredded roasted chicken
– 1 medium ball of mozzarella – about 100g / 3.5oz
– dried oregano
