Moulinex Food Processor

I’ve been talking for a while about my food processor. I’m not saying it’s the best – I would have to try a lot more different ones to say that – but I absolutely adore it!

It’s a Moulinex Masterchef 8000 and my boyfriend gave it to me almost a year ago, on my birthday.

I found out while looking for information for this post, that this food processor comes in ruby red, silver, malachite or pearly but definitely ruby red is my favorite and it’s the one I have.

I use it A LOT, EVERY DAY and it sure makes my life easier. I’ve been making pizza dough, pastry, juices, smoothies, chopped, grated and so on… I actually know this made my meals a lot healthier, just because it’s so easy and quick to use that there’s no excuse. =)

You can check the full info on their website (just click the link in the beginning of the post) but these are the most important:
– Power : 850 W
– Bowl capacity : 3 L (1kg of heavy pastry mix / 1,2kg of light pastry mix)
– Blender capacity : 1,5 L
– 2 speeds + pulse function
– Accessories : 1 Juice extractor with metal grid for higher juice extraction, 1 blender, 1 Direct Serve citrus press, 1 metal whisk, 1 dough blade, 1 Reversible full metal disc for coarse slicing and grating, 1 Reversible full metal disc for thin slicing and grating 1 metal blade, 1 spatula

I’m now looking forward to being able to make the next investment eheh This Masterchef line has a really cool stand mixer that I have an eye on (even though I would actually prefer one that you could use as a stand and hand mixer). But I can’t seem to find it in Portugal so. Oh well. OR instead I could find a really good KitchenAid one. But they’re so expensive that I think I’m gonna stick to my hand mixer for some time lol

    Hello,
I´m from argentina and i want to ask you a question about the masterchef 8000. Can you make juice from vegetables (tomato, carrots, etc.) or only from citrics?
Thanks, and sorry for my english

Hi Sergio! Sorry for the late reply. You can only use it to make juice from fruits like oranges, lemons, etc, as it only has a reamer accessory.
      Thank you!
      Sofia
