This is just a quick post to tell you – maybe remind you, because this is so simple, I can’t believe there’s anyone that doesn’t know it – that you can have the so-called unhealthy food, done in a healthy way. Specifically things that are supposed to be fried.
The photos below are store-bought fish sticks, homemade chips and baked sweet potato cubes. These non-fried alternatives are really good – I actually prefer them – and they’re so easy to make. To make the potatoes, you just prepare them in the way you prefer – diced, sliced, whatever – and then spray with canola oil or drizzle a bit of olive oil on top. You can also season the way you want. I’ve made paprika and curry chips at home. Then you just put them in the oven until they’re crispy golden. And there you have it! =)
Seriously, doing this is so easy, I don’t know how someone can still eat these kinds of foods deep fried. =)
